1 Introduction

12 Minors & Age Policy

The KP8888 Platform is intended exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. All Accounts are subject to KYC age verification before deposits or gameplay are permitted.

If we discover that Personal Data has been collected from a person who does not meet the minimum age requirement, we will immediately close the relevant Account, forfeit any balance associated with it, and delete the associated Personal Data except where retention is required by applicable law.
