These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KP8888 platform. Please read them carefully in full before creating an account or placing any bet or wager.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User" or "you") and KP8888 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at kp8888.cam and any associated mobile applications, products and services (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet, wager or game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
KP8888 operates under international licensing. The Platform does not hold a local Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice.

To open and maintain an Account on KP8888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, KP8888 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts and withhold any associated winnings.
During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, residential address and preferred currency (PKR). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify KP8888 support immediately.
KP8888 reserves the right to refuse or close any Account registration at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent intent, inaccurate information, or where compliance requirements cannot be satisfied.
KP8888 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with its licensing obligations and internal anti-money laundering (AML) controls. KYC verification may be requested at registration or at any later stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal.

KP8888 may impose withdrawal holds or restrict Account functionality until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Players who are unable or unwilling to complete KYC will not be permitted to withdraw funds.
All Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform references familiar local payment methods for user convenience — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references do not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation between KP8888 and those institutions, nor any representation that they support online gambling services.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the KP8888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio and visual elements — is the proprietary property of KP8888 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from KP8888.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KP8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
KP8888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or its servers are free from viruses or harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KP8888 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation. Pakistani players should be aware that local courts may or may not recognise or enforce judgments from foreign jurisdictions.
KP8888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be given by posting the updated Agreement on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and/or by notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
